Great Start Parent
Coalition (GSPC)
Vision:
Families advocating
for each other to ensure all children are provided with the
opportunity to make use of available community resources, as all
children are entitled to enter kindergarten safe, healthy, and eager
to succeed in school and life.
We are a
grassroots advocacy group consisting of parents, grandparents,
foster parents, or anyone else in a parenting role. It is our
role as guardians to be a voice for young children. We work
with the Great Start Collaborative to help support their purpose,
which includes providing opportunities for parents to participate in
decision-making processes related to early childhood services.
